Do you have the official virtualbox guest additions installed? Maybe try installing the guest additions.

I set the number of CPU cores up to 2 for both of them, they both have the same amount of memory assigned to them as well. By the way, does anyone know if there is a way to use VirtualBox to install an OS right onto a freebed stick, and then just boot it up that way outside of Virtualbox, just booting up the PC the normal way.
